Castillero Auditores, S.L.P. was founded in 1990. The firm provides audit and financial advisory services to private clients, professional practices, small and medium-sized enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. In addition, Castillero Auditores is occasionally appointed as an insolvency administrator by the Zaragoza Mercantile Court to assist companies in financial difficulties.

The multidisciplinary team at Castillero Auditores has extensive experience working as appointed Bankruptcy Trustees. These services can include giving strategic advice to companies in a delicate financial situation (business plans, refinancing strategies, negotiation with creditors), advising on debt recovery, purchasing management and sales of manufacturing units and ensuring adherence to the Insolvency Law 22/2003, as required judicially or in the name of the creditor. As testament to Castillero Auditores’ expertise in this arena, the firm has an agreement with one of the largest legal firms in Zaragoza, and regularly provides mediation for restructuring and bankruptcy procedures, and expert reports.
