Fan, Chan & Co. is a Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) firm. We have been established in Hong Kong since 1976 and currently provide audit, taxation and corporate services to over 1,000 clients in Hong Kong and mainland China. Many of these clients are foreign investors. As well as being very familiar with the trading environment in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Hong Kong, we regularly utilise the global resources of our Nexia International counterparts.

Collectively, the firm has over 80 personnel, including 20 qualified professionals (CPAs and chartered secretaries) and 60 support professionals. We operate from two offices, one in Hong Kong and one in mainland China (Shenzhen). Several of the firm’s workforce were formerly employed by the ‘Big 4’, which from a client perspective strengthens our offering even further. Above all, we are committed to provide the highest quality personal services to our clients at a reasonable fee.
