TCFCT – Studio Associato Consulenza Societaria e Tributaria – Milan

TCFCT Studio Associato Consulenza Societaria e Tributaria was established in 2004, being formed by 25 people from the Tax practices of one of the Big Four firms.

TCFCT partners are chartered accountants. TCFCT activity is focused on tax assistance for companies and individuals, Italian and foreign, and cover corporate income tax, indirect tax (mainly VAT), individual taxation.

The assistance is also extended to corporate activity and extraordinary operations, such as mergers, de-mergers, transformation and contribution. Residual but not less important is the litigation assistance and insolvency procedures.

TCFCT office is located in the city center of Milan and it covers the whole country with clients from north to south.
