The client is an Argentinian entertainment and event production company with major operations in Argentina. The client was a spin-out from an existing company and has gone on to great success with the merge with a US listed Company.
The client challenge
The client required expert advice to spin-out from an existing company in order to set up on its own. It required audit, tax and advisory services in Argentina and, over the years, in Uruguay and Paraguay as well.
