Who should attend the webinar?
About the webinar
This webinar is an opportunity for Managing Partners or Senior Partners to gain a valuable insight into the first hybrid 6 month Managing Partners programme that will kick-off virtually in September 2022 and will include a 1 day face-to-face workshop at the Nexia annual conference in Amsterdam in November.
Participants in this webinar will meet the experienced Facilitators, explore with other senior Nexia leaders the common challenges you face working at Managing Partner and Senior Partner level and learn more about how the programme will benefit you.
The Facilitators are both fully qualified Accountants and Auditors with a wealth of experience working in Professional Services firms at board level and have facilitated training programmes for Managing Partners at a wide variety of Accounting and Consulting firms for decades, including running the ICAEW Managing Partners programme.
See below the profile of the Facilitators and more details about the Nexia Managing Partners Programme.

Nexia Managing Partners Programme 2022
Nexia Managing Partners Programme
Who is it for?
It has been designed specifically for you, if you are a Managing Partner of a small or medium sized practice (up to $50m fee income) who wants to take some time away from the day to day challenges of running your business to focus on what you want the future of your firm to look like. It will also suit those of you who are a senior partner aspiring to the role of Managing Partner, or those carrying out a COO role within your firm or already managing a large department or team within a bigger firm.
Ask yourself these questions and see if it sounds like you:
If you’ve answered yes to any of the above this programme will help you and help build a sense of control.
Its not about teaching you concepts and theory but is designed so that you will undertake a key strategic review of your own practice, determine the necessary changes, that you will lead, to execute your strategy and deliver your vision of the future.
The emphasis throughout is on moving forwards, building the momentum you need to lead your business and your people towards the vision you have (all) created. The facilitators can provide advice and share their experiences and are available to answer any questions you may have.
The programme requires your commitment and for those of you who meet the pre-screening criteria, there is as much to complete outside the programme in preparation for each module as there is time in attending.
Every module will provide you with tools to use in your own practice and the interactive and engaging delivery will ensure that your learning is maximized.
