Nexia International announces appointment of new COO & Global Head of Quality and EMEA Regional Executive Director
Nexia International (Nexia), the ninth largest global network of independent accounting and consulting firms, has promoted Paul Ginman to its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Global Head of Quality.
This new role reflects the continuing importance placed by Nexia on quality. Paul will be responsible for driving quality initiatives across all service lines, working with the Nexia service line committees. He will also play an important part in developing and delivering the Nexia strategy.
Daniel Shah will replace Paul as the Regional Executive Director for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Daniel will be responsible for further developing Nexia's membership in the EMEA region and helping to increase collaboartion between members.
Daniel previously worked as a Business Improvement Consultant at Linklaters, where he worked with the global practice to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of legal services to clients. Before this, he was a Senior Manager at Baker Tilly International, responsible for developing and implementing the network's global audit methodology and software to member firms around the world.
Daniel says: ''I am looking forward to working with the diverse mix of member firms that make up the EMEA region. I hope to bring a different perspective to some of the challenges that firms are facing, while developing the region's strategy during a period of such fast-paced change''.
