Nexia International welcomes new member firm in Latvia
Nexia International (Nexia), the eighth largest global network of independent accounting and consulting firms, has added a new member firm Innovator Ltd to Nexia Baltic.
With its main office in Riga, Innovator Ltd has one partner and eight members of staff.
The firm specialises in tax and commercial matters as well as VAT and corporate income tax issues. Other services include business and transaction planning, consulting and preparation and evaluation of draft business documents, due diligence and various reorganisation processes
CEO, Ivars Mileika , says: “Innovator Ltd has established a long-term positive and professional cooperation with Nexia Audit Advice and CBB Konsultaciju birojs. Cooperation with representatives of Nexia in the other two Baltic countries will allow us and our partners to provide our clients with a wider range of services. It will also help us to improve the quality of services by increasing the total scope of services provided by Nexia within the Baltic area.”
