Nexia Leadership

Nexia is governed by a Council in which all Member firms are represented. The Council elects the Nexia Board of Directors. 

Nexia Global Office

Nexia’s Global Office is led by Interim Chief Executive Paul Ginman.

Paul Ginman joined Nexia in 2018 and served as the EMEA Regional Executive Director, COO & Global Head of Quality before taking the Interim Chief Executive role.

Prior to Nexia, Paul spent over 17 years at Baker Tilly where he was Chief Quality Officer and responsible for the roll out of their global quality assurance programme. An accountant by trade, Paul also spent over 17 years at RSM UK where he was an audit partner.
