Strategic Alliance

As of 13 March 2024, Nexia entered a future-looking collaborative alliance (“the Alliance”) with AGN International (“AGN”). (Read the press release here).

The speed and magnitude of change in the accounting and financial advisory industry is such that both the AGN and Nexia boards recognised the potential and value of synergies and sharing across distinctive but complementary business and regulatory models.

The alliance represents a global collaboration of independent equals, sharing infrastructure and know-how, while respecting the integrity of AGN’s “association” and Nexia’s “network” regulatory status.

AGN and Nexia together now comprise over 400 member firms worldwide providing a wide range of professional services.

The Alliance will offer the following features to the global audit, tax and advisory markets:

• AGN and Nexia will develop shared resources and know-how, bringing additional value to our members and their clients across core industries;
• The alliance facilitates investment and innovation to address market and industry challenges, creating valuable services for our members and their clients; and
• Coordinating separate and distinctive association and network membership propositions will be attractive and a differentiator within the market, offering wider client choice and likely attracting new members to both organisations.
