Most firms face some annual staff turnover and need to get new colleagues up to speed quickly so they can undertake client work or support teams that undertake work for clients. Since the pandemic some firms have found it harder to retain staff and some trainees have even left firms during their training period, which was extremely unusual in the past. Therefore the onboarding experience that employees have in a firm is extremely important to improve your ability to motivate and retain your high-potential future Managers, Directors and Partners.
