About the workshop

This workshop will help you to develop strategies to more effectively prioritise your workload and be more strategic about what you delegate to your team and what you decide to do yourself. Many Managers, Directors and even Partners sometimes struggle to let go of tasks. 

Nexia's Learning & Development Manager Alastair McTavish will deliver a 90 minuter highly interactive virtual workshop on 9th March at both 8am and 2pm UK time to support Nexia members to improve their delegation skills and focus on the most high-value activities.
