       Lucy Adams held Board level HR roles for over 10 years at the BBC and Eversheds and
      is the author of several bestselling HR books. Combining strategic and operational HR          expertise with a fresh butpractical approach, she aims to put the "human" back into       
      Human Resources. Lucy co-founded DisruptiveHR and she now works on HR 
      consulting projects and training firms in a range of industries including the Big 4
      accounting firms, Pharma, Finance, Law as well as tech companies such as Google.   

Karen Moran –   Director at Disruptive HR

      Karen Moran has over 20 years of diverse HR expertise and spans start-ups through to
      established sectors such as telecoms, professional services and media. Karen has
      extensive hands-on experience of leading and implementing fresh thinking HR
       initiatives

About the workshop

This interactive 90 minute virtual workshop is an opportunity for you to ‘look up and out’ on how recruitment and retention practices need to fundamentally change to keep pace with the needs of our organisations and our people. We will provide you with a fresh framework for rethinking the role of HR and leadership and share practical examples of what’s working in progressive organisations.

This session will cover:

  • A new way of thinking about the role of HR – with our leaders and our people
  • Insights into the latest recruitment trends including brand, attraction & selection 
  • Practical and fresh approaches to retaining talent based around the key engagement drivers (career development, recognition and the role of leaders).

The workshop will include breakout activity and Q&A.
