The Programme
The comprehensive and engaging series of events that develop skills and relationships begin with a one hour kick off session hosted by Nexia CEO Kevin Arnold along with the faculty, it is an unrivalled opportunity to have access to people at the top of the organisation.
This is followed by 6 x 3 hour online interactive sessions that are supported by progress meetings, attended by alumni that allow you to ‘check-in’ with colleagues on how you are putting the new tools into practice.
Each module will build upon the previous one and give you the ability to understand how your leadership style drives engagement, motivation and morale in your team. Every session provides you with opportunity to discuss challenges with one of the two facilitators and your peer group across the region.
Tools and techniques are readily available in every session that can be used immediately, while homework will be set that encourages the group to engage with people from different offices and build their network.
