In this 3 hour live virtual workshop highly experienced global Leadership facilitator and coach Mike Grigg will help you to reflect on your Leadership style and give you tools and strategies to be a more effective Leader and Manager.

What will you learn?
– Exploring different leadership theories and styles (e.g., transformational, transactional) and how you can apply them.
– Assessing personal leadership strengths and areas for improvement.
– Adapting your leadership style to different team dynamics and situations.
– Enhancing emotional intelligence to better understand and manage team emotions. – Seeking feedback and engaging in self-reflection to grow as a leader.
– Managing remote and hybrid teams with appropriate tools and practices
* The first 10 Nexia members that both register and attend the full workshop will benefit from a 30 minute one-to-one coaching session with the facilitator. Currently Mike delivers up to 50 one-to-one coaching sessions each week for experienced executives for one of the largest global providers of digital coaching. *

Mike has worked as a professional Trainer and Coach for more than 15 years, he has
delivered 10,000+ hours of training and has facilitated 2000+ full days of programmes He has delivered a wide range of Management, Leadership and professional skills
training for audiences of all levels from Manager up to Board Level. His clients include
50+ Global Fortune 500 firms in a wide variety of industries.
Mike is an internationally certified Trainer and Coach and holds a number of different coaching and training qualifications. He has trained staff from dozens of different countries and is a fluent Mandarin speaker. He previously worked in Leadership positions in various industries.
