Incorporated in 2010, by 3 founders partners, A3T provides professional services grouped within four lines of business: audit, accounting, advisory and taxes.

After an increase in requests from clients to extend our services to regulated investments funds, a separate legal entity has been set up, to render fund administration and transfer agent services to regulated investment funds.

Located in the centre of Luxembourg, our client base consists of medium-sized enterprises to large private company groups, professional of the financial sector, fund managers, international groups with Luxembourg (sub)holdings, financing, IP companies and private individuals. Through our client base, we cooperate with banks, lawyers, notaries, fund’s managers and real estate managers.
