Founded in 1988, BRS & Co., which later merged with Neupane & Co (founded in 1985), was one of the first partnerships of accounting and consulting firms to be established in Nepal. This merger resulted in the creation of BRS Neupane & Co., now one of the largest professional services firms in Nepal to provide accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate advisory, management consulting and other allied services. The firm’s two partners played a pioneering role in establishing The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal.
