The Controller Auditoria e Assessoria Contábil S/S – EPP is an Auditing and Consulting Company, established in 1989, formed by professionals with wide and diversified experience. Controller has attended small, medium and large Brazilian companies as well as foreign corporations. Our main goal is to provide specialized services, through the identification of customized solutions, with service to all the needs of our clients. The work developed in any of our specialties is through a
highly personalized service that aims, among other objectives, to collaborate with the maintenance and construction of the success of our clients. Our activities The Controller Auditoria e Assessoria Contábil S/S – EPP mainly works in the following business areas: – Outsourcing accounting, tax writing and personal sector; – Advice and consultancy in the accounting, tax, labor and social security areas; – Audit; – Inventories of assets and inventories; – Economic-financial diagnosis; – Restructuring and corporate reorganization; – Constitution, legalization and closing of companies; – Administrative and judicial litigation; and – Tax and business consulting. We have accreditation with: • CRC – Regional Accounting Council of the State of Ceará; • IBRACON – Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil; • SESCAP – Trade Union of Accounting Services Companies of the State of Ceará; • CVM – Brazilian Securities Commission; • BACEN – Central Bank; • IDB – Inter-American Development Bank; • ADENE – Northeast Development Agency, and • OCB – Organization of Cooperatives of Brazil. Our work in the area of Audit considers the full application of the International Accounting and Auditing Standards and has as an important differential the intensive use of our Partners and Directors in the supervision and quality control of the services and in the corresponding feed-back permanently offered to the top management of our clients, which also translates into greater possibilities for identifying improvements in systems, controls and businesses / activities of organizations and entities. Our professionals are part of our permanent team of technicians and are regularly submitted to trainings / continuing education courses and training in new professional categories, to specialize them to offer optimized technical service. Our approach is to designate one of our Partners as responsible for the management of each Audit service, being the main contact with the client.
