The FSV Group is a mid-sized audit, accountancy and consulting firm with registered offices in Zaltbommel and Amsterdam. Founded in 1978, the firm has grown organically to an advisory firm with a workforce of around 125 highly driven professionals.

The firm’s core services are tax, audit, accountancy and legal services. FSV also provides payroll processing and related HR services for a large number of clients, in addition to corporate finance, risk advisory and due diligence services aimed at business owners.

In addition to many longstanding regional clients that have remained with the firm since its inception, FSV serves a large number of clients that operate internationally. The firm’s customer base is diverse, and covers a wide range of sectors, with a focus on privately owned small and medium-sized enterprises. The firm’s risk advisory services team mainly works with medium-sized and large (listed) companies. FSV has also supported many Nexia member firms on international projects, predominantly mergers and takeovers, due diligence and annual audits.
