IBS was founded in 2017 by 3 ex-Big-4 senior executives. The partners collectively have spent more than 30 years working for the advisory business at a Big-4 consultancy firm. During that period, the founding partners have delivered many large value major transformation programs in various sectors locally and within other GCC countries.

At its core, IBS believes in delivering exceptional and innovative services to its clients. IBS provides services designed to address modern organisational challenges related to strategy articulation and execution, program management, business process improvement as well as technology & digital transformation.

Since establishment, IBS has worked with clients delivering advisory engagements focussing key sectors such as government and public sector, security and defence, utility, real estate, financial services sector, family business and oil and gas.

IBS is head quartered in Muscat, Oman. However, during the past 3 years, IBS have delivered advisory engagements in most GCC countries.
