Kopun Group is a privately-owned accounting, audit and advisory services group based in Zagreb, Croatia. Our underlying philosophy is to offer a complete range of tailor-made services to each of our clients and our team of 26 professional staff ensure that these services are provided at the highest level of excellence.

Kopun & Kopun Ltd. (the accounting arm of the Kopun Group) was founded in 1990. At that time, the accounting department was established to provide services to a number of newly-founded, privately-owned Croatian companies and it has expanded to offer services to an increasing number of foreign investors.

In 1993, we established Kopun Audit Ltd., a company specialised in providing audit services. Our certified senior auditors carry out audits for foreign and domestic clients, including group consolidation, according to international standards (IFRS/CFRS or U.S./German GAAP).
