The origins of Nexia CPLA dates back to the 1970’s when our founding partners were establishing their audit careers. In 2002, CPLA (as it was known then) joined Nexia International. In 2011, CPLA evolved into Nexia CPLA. Our firm’s internal culture places great emphasis on international standards of independence and quality. To maintain this, we have invested in and built up an experienced and professional team, giving clients access to a wide range of business services. For regulatory reasons, in 2009, the partners of Nexia incorporated a separate legal entity to render non-audit services.

Our client base mainly comprises SMEs located in Lisbon and from regional hubs across Portugal. However, we also serve a significant number of international clients that have established subsidiaries and similar operations in Portugal.
