Nexia Oy – Vantaa

Founded 15 years ago and based on Finland, Nexia Oy (Nexia Tilintarkastusyhteisö) is a rapidly expanding specialist audit firm owned by authorised auditors. All of them remain active within the firm. We specialise in auditing small and medium sized enterprises and associations, though we also have experience in auditing larger businesses and listed companies.

Although we are primarily an audit firm, our team of 40 (including 13 authorised auditors) also have considerable expertise in corporate finance (due diligence, valuations, and consultation), taxation, and legal services.

Helsinki is our central office, although we also have satellite office locations in Turku, Kuopio, Lappeenranta, Imatra and Jyväskylä.

Ranking
The Finnish audit sector is well established, with few new entrants. It comprises the Big 4 firms, four medium-sized audit firms – which is where Nexia Oy fits – and a large volume of smaller operations comprising one or several auditors. We are ranked 8th largest in Finland by turnover, yet for audit business alone we are regarded as a top six audit firm within Finland.
