Nexia Singapore PAC was formed on 1 January 2020 upon the merger of two established and award-winning firms, Ardent Associates LLP and CA Trust PAC. Paul Tan founded CA Trust PAC in 1995 whilst Ardent Associates LLP was established in 2008 by 3 main founders, Terence Ng, Lynn Phang and Kelvin Thio. In 2017, both firms divested their non-assurance businesses to Private Equity led consortium in a cash and share deal. In April 2021, the founders tagged along and sold their shares in the consortium. When the non-compete period is lifted in April 2023, the non-assurance businesses are expected to grow exponentially because of the current enhanced capabilities, resources and business connections.

Our leaders have good established track records, experiences, and necessary licences to perform the following: statutory audit, public accountants under accountants act, licenced by accounting and corporate regulatory authority (ACRA). Taxation: accredited tax advisors and professionals of singapore chartered tax professionals (SCTP). Liquidation: liquidators licenced under the Insolvency, restructuring and dissolution Act 2018 (IRDA). Management consulting, practising management consultants by Singapore business advisors & consultants council: valuation, chartered valuer and appraisal by singapore accountancy commission. Internal audit: chartered Internal auditor by Institute of Internal Auditor. Corporate secretary, chartered secretary licensed under Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA).
