Together Business Consulting

We founded Together Business Consulting in December 2012. We are 2 partners: Jose Luis Aromando, and myself, Guillermo Ocampos. We've been in the Business Consulting industry for more than 30 years.

Guillermo Ocampos – Professional Background: Certified Public Accountant and Bachelor in Business Administration. Catholic University – La Plata, Argentina. Founding Partner of TOGETHER Business Consulting, since December 2012, his professional career was developed in two top international professonal firms: PwC and IBM. From 1986 to 2002 at PwC, he became Consulting Partner and performed executive and leadership resonsibilities for Argentina and the South Amerian firm. In October 2002, IBM acquired the global consulting business from PwC and he began his executive career at IBM. He worked as a Latin America Executive of Global Business Services in charge of the areas in Consulting Services and Business Transformation Outsourcing. With more than 30 years of a professional career, he brings the experience of his double role as a consultant and executive advisor in large multinational companies and important local companies. His expertise in the following areas stand out as strategy, information technology, business transformation, organisational design, change management, large-scale technology implementations, shared services centers, and business process outsourcing. In his executive responsibility, he has led the business and operations for the Consulting and Outsourcing divisions in Latin America in two leading companies in the professional services and technology industry.

Guillermo has been responsible for leading large and complex work teams in global and multicultural projects, as well as corporate and high performance executive teams with regional and/or global responsibility. In his different roles, he has been advising companies in most countries in Latin America, USA and Europe, where he is a recognised specialist in his field of expertise. 

Jose Luis Aromando – Professional background: José Luis Aromando is a Senior Consultant and Senior Exectuive with a broad and deep experience in the assessment, design and implementation of large organisational transformation programmes, including the dimensions of business strategy, human resources, business processes, organisational design, culture and change management. Prior to founding TOGETHER Business Consulting, he has served as a Partner of PwC Consulting and was Director of IBM Business Consulting Services. He began his career in executive search services and has been responsible for South American practices of human resources management and organisation and change management. He has been responsible for leading large teams of consultants and managed large international and multidimensional projects in Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Portugal, UK, Uruguay, USA and Venezuela. José Luis served as Director of Human Change Management Institute (HUCMI) in Argentina and Chile.

Together Business Consulting only provides Business Consulting Services. In our services and offerings, we are specialised and focused in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Operations Management, IT Consulting, Change Management, Portfolio and Process Management.

We provide services and operate across Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Mexico, Perú, and other countries in  the LATAM region).
