Turkmen Expert ES’s business activity started at the end of 90s, at the stage of formation of market economy in Turkmenistan. Today, Turkmen Expert ES (including affiliate Turkmen Expertise & Audit ES) operates as a group under the brand name TurkmenExpert (‘TE’).

TE’s scope of services includes three service lines:
1. Audit: professional financial audit service, reviews of financial statements, and other assurance and related services engagements.
2. Appraisal: professional appraisal service, expertise and other services related to appraisal.
3. Advisory: financial due diligence and analysis, business and investment planning and consulting, management consulting (including strategy and market research); and tax and accounting, commercial, corporate advisory and consulting on doing business in Turkmenistan. TE is able to provide services in all districts of Turkmenistan.

TE has been involved in international projects with reputable international financial institutions such as European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Japanese Bank of International Cooperation, Merrill Lynch Commodities Limited (Europe), World Bank, Chinese Development Bank, Citibank A.S (Turkey) and several local banks of Turkmenistan.

TE has successfully passed the compliance procedure and is recognised as a firm regulated by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, UK, www.rics.org). Furthermore, TE has passed accreditation procedures of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and pre-qualified to provide strategy advisory services to EBRD BAS Program.

There are no rating agencies in Turkmenistan. Therefore, Turkmen Expert ES is neither ranked or rated nationally. However, Turkmen Expert is among the preferred consultants for the EBRD clients for both business advice and for the security valuation services.
