Nexia International retains its position as the eighth largest global accounting network
Nexia International, a leading, global network of independent accounting and consulting firms is pleased to announce that according to the latest International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) World Survey, the network has retained its position as the 8th largest global accounting network, as measured by fee income.
Nexia's total fee income last year was more than USD5bn across the network – an increase of 13% from the previous year.
This increase in global revenue is a result of consistent organic growth across the network, especially in Europe. The LATAM region also performed well due to increased client engagement following the previous year.
Throughout 2021, Nexia continued to expand its global presence by welcoming new member firms in Egypt, Albania, Romania, North Macedonia, Turkey, and Turkmenistan.
Commenting on the results, Tim Wilson, Chief Executive of Nexia International, says: ''I am delighted that we have retained our position as the 8th largest global network for 2022, which follows on from our award of Network of the Year in November. This provides a good foundation for us, as we move to develop our new strategy over the course of the year and start the implementation process properly in late 2022”.
