Nexia International welcomes new member firm in Japan
Nexia International (Nexia), the eighth largest global network of independent accounting and consulting firms, has added a new member firm GYC Tax Corporation Co., Ltd in Japan.
With its main office in Tokyo, GYC Tax Corporation Co., Ltd has two partners and six members of staff.
The firm provides a range of tax services including corporate and business tax, global mobility, transfer pricing, indirect tax, private client and international tax. It also provides business succession, assets succession advisory, international inheritance and tax advisory services.
GYC Tax Corporation Co., Ltd specialises in large Japanese and foreign affiliated financial institutions and IT companies. Specifically, the firm focuses on restructuring advice, tax DD business, tax advice on overseas investment of Japanese companies and tax advice on funds.
