Nexia International welcomes new member firm in Norway
Nexia International (Nexia) is a leading, global network of independent accounting and consulting firms. Nexia has added a new member firm Advokatfirmaet Forsberg DA in Norway.
With its main office in Oslo, Advokatfirmaet Forsberg DA has five partners and ten members of staff.
The firm provides business law services with a focus on tax, contracts, transactions and trade and commerce.
Advokatfirmaet Forsberg DA has a wide range of experience in legal tax issues, especially mergers, demergers, and transformations. The firm also works extensively in company law, trade and commerce law (agency, franchise and distribution law), labour law and general law of contracts.
